Privacy policy

Version of 17 October 2026 (draft). Covers the request (pre-order) form on cherga.bezkordoniv.com.

1. Who processes the data

2. What data we collect

• Required: full name; e-mail; phone number.
• Optional: the service you are interested in and the city (center) — if you chose them.
• Automatically: page language, time of consent, a hash of the IP address (SHA-256 with a secret salt — we do not store the IP address itself) and the browser User-Agent.

The form collects nothing else. We do not ask for documents, date of birth, passwords or codes.

3. Why and on what basis

• To contact you when sales start (to tell you about the launch and prices) — by e-mail or phone. Basis — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given with the checkbox in the form.
• Protecting the form from abuse (at most 5 requests per address per hour, filtering bots) — IP hash and User-Agent. Basis — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell the data, do not share it for advertising, do not send mailings unrelated to the launch and do no profiling.

4. Where the data is stored and who can access it

• The data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database (Cloudflare, Inc. — our processor) located in the EU. Cloudflare processes data under a data processing agreement; where data may be transferred outside the EEA, the EU standard contractual clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework apply.
• Only authorized staff of BezKordoniv OÜ can access the requests.
• We write to you from our mailbox info@bezkordoniv.com.

5. How long we keep it

• Your request — until sales start and for 12 more months, or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first. Then it is deleted.
• Rate-limit records (IP hash and time) — 24 hours.
• Cloudflare hosting logs — under Cloudflare's rules (usually a few days).

6. Withdrawing consent and deleting data

Write to info@bezkordoniv.com from the address given in the request (or mention it in the e-mail) — we delete your request without undue delay, within one month at the latest, and confirm by e-mail. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. A repeated request with the same e-mail does not create a new record but updates the existing one.

7. Your GDPR rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. Requests — to info@bezkordoniv.com; we reply within one month. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or the authority of your country.

8. Cookies and third parties

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no third-party scripts or fonts.

9. Security

Data is transferred only over HTTPS. The IP address is stored only as a salted hash.

10. Changes

This policy will be extended before paid services launch. Material changes will be announced on this page.
